Derek is the Managing Director of the Staffplus.
He has worked with a variety of public and private sector organisations over the last decade. Performed international consultancy in the USA, Ireland and the Netherlands.
Qualifications include a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
Heading up the operations team, Lynn joined Staffplus in 2006.
Lynn is passionate in her belief that Staffplus will not compromise on 1st Class customer service to both clients and candidates.
Lynn provides HR support and service to our clients and draws upon her extensive manufacturing and distribution experience.
She is committed to building long term partnerships with her clients and this is achieved through providing added value services not normally associated with a recruitment partner.
Paul is a chartered accountant.
He joined Staffplus in 2008.
Prior to this, he worked mainly in private practice, where he was responsible for working on a variety of commercial clients.
Paul was appointed Financial Director in October 2008.

Andrew started in the recruitment industry in 2011 and joined staffplus in 2012.
In his role as an account manager he is responsible for the day to day management of all staffplus contracts, and he enjoys constantly interacting with clients and temps.
He is always keen to take on new challenges and is a valuable member of the staffplus team.
He recently successfully completed his SVQ Level 2 & 3 in Business Administration and is due to commence the certificate in recruitment practice with the recruitment and employment confederation (REC)

Shelley Started at Staffplus in August 2015 as recruitment administrator,
In 2017 Shelley was promoted to recruitment consultant. Shelley is passionate about both candidates and clients receiving a best in class service.
In 2019 due to Shelley consistently growing the industrial side of the business has now been promoted to senior recruitment consultant.
